At Tri-State Home Inspections, we highly recommend a Pre-Listing Inspection. With a Pre-Listing Inspection, you receive the following benefits:

• the opportunity of correcting any problems found, on your time schedule, prior to listing
  
• the ability to set a higher listing price at the beginning
• the confidence that there are no potential problems
• and the luxury of a larger profit at closing.

You will receive a comprehensive written report that is easy to understand. Our reports are normally completed on the same day as the inspection and electronically emailed to our clients for their convenience.

In addition to the report, every client will receive routine home maintenance plan/schedule.  A CDROM with titled digital pictures & recommendations is available for $35 (ready in 2 business days & mailed via USP service).
