Inspection Costs

The inspection fees vary depending on the size, location and age of the house. 

STANDARD HOME INSPECTION FEES
Homes are measured in square feet with pricing starting at $325.00 + tax.

(There may be a travel fee if the inspection property is out of our normal coverage area or an age fee if the home is older than 99 years as these homes typically have had their utilities updated several times).

PARTIAL INSPECTIONS AVAILABLE (i.e., electrical, plumbing, heating, etc.)

COMMERCIAL BUILDING PROPERTY INSPECTION
The Commercial Building Inspection is a visual inspection of the commercial building's infrastructure, components and systems. It is important to recognize that, as all properties differ in size, complexity, so does the Scope of Work required. ACCESSIBILITY INSPECTION REPORT FOR COMMERCIAL PROPERTIES

RADON TESTING - Takes 2-4 days to complete and Closed House Conditions must be established 12 hours prior to test commencement & throughout the duration of the Radon test.  Cost:  $155 as a stand-alone - or - $145 if combined with a home inspection.
